For content-based events like seminars, meetings, conferences etc TigersCom offer moderation, classic training methods with Open Space, World Café etc, and as our speciality: interactive, creative Games for Goals for fun-and-sense making repetition and  reinforcement of company messages and seminar content. Also in cooperation with your external or internal trainers.

The creative Games for Goals presentations of the participants, captured on location or afterwards by TigerSound Studios on CD and DVD, add pep to the seminar day and an entertaining boost to the post-event-documentation.

1) Rap Factory  (10 – 60 PAX – 90 min.)

Rapresent your company

Design:

  • Plenary Demonstration: rhythm animation & demonstration of rap writing (= rhyme generation) technique.
  • Brainstorm and write a rap in small groups .
  • Plenary Showtime & Reflection. Colleagues and management comment on the presentations from a not too serious  company perspective

2) Song  Factory  (10 – 60  PAX – 90 min.)

Design:

  • Plenary Demonstration: Eargames. Experience musical structures and that performance means listening each other.
  • Da Do Run Run Musical Animation. Sing this song with the original lyrics in three part harmony
  • Groupwork re-texting (with company content) of a song  in small groups
  • Plenary Showtime & Reflection. Colleagues and  management comment on the presentations from a not too serious company perspective

4) Juggling Factory  (10-60  PAX – 120 min.)

Managers who juggle don’t struggle

Design:

  • Plenary demonstration by Juggling Coach of juggling materials and techniques. These have been adapted to the event topics in a preliminary meeting
  • Group Work: Flipchart brainstorming on how to bring together the Juggling trick and the group’s company theme. The group divides into the Jugglers and the Sketchmakers
  • The Jugglers practice with the Juggling Coach
  • The Sketchmakers create a company related sketch around the juggling trick.
  • Showtime & Reflection. Colleagues and management comment on the presentations from a not too serious  company perspective

5) Magic Factory  (10-60  PAX – 120 min.)

  • Plenary demonstration by Magic Coach of easy magic tricks. These have been adapted to the event topics in a preliminary meeting

6) Puppet Factory  (10-60  PAX – 120 min.)

TigersCom works with a Sketch Coach and  a Puppetplayer Coach

Design:

  • Plenary demonstration by Puppetplayer Coach of puppets and  materials for speaking objects These have been adapted to the event topics in a preliminary meeting
  • Group Work: Flipchart brainstorming on how to bring together the puppets and the materials and the group’s company theme. The group divides into Puppetplayers/Objectmakers  and the Sketchmakers
  • The Puppetplayers practice with the Puppetplayer Coach who also  helps the Objectmakers to create their object.
  • The Sketchmakers create a company related sketch for puppets, speaking objects and, if necessary, human actors .
  • Showtime & Reflection. Colleagues and management comment on the presentations from a not too serious  company perspective

Performance? Oh no!!!

Somepeople are just not into performing in public. For these people TigersCom offers non performing Games for Goals in which all topics can be dealt with creatively but not in a live performance.

Non-performing Games for Goals

1) SuccessFood  (10-60  PAX – 60 min.)

Get the company cooking

In a seminar, the participants are recipients of lot of information. It’s all food for thought that has to be digested. In the SuccessFood Company Kitchen seminar participants can reflect the agenda tastefully and cook up their own food for success.

Design:

  • Group work: Participants in small groups brainstorm together and turn company content and artefacts (products, info material etc) together with ingredients and fixings from the hotel kitchen into their  SuccessFood  dish:  a salad, sandwich, a dessert
  • Plenary showtime & reflection: Each group’s dish is presented by group moderator together with a witty rendering of the recipe.   The company managers have to eat the consequences of their decisions and reflect with colleagues on the taste.

2) Objects of Succes  (10-60  PAX – 90 min.)

The company is in your hands

The participants turn company content  into a 3-D object. Materials for the Objects of Success include company-specific products and information, and materials supplied by TigersCom: textiles, pens, glue, masks, etc., etc.

Design:

  • Group work: The participants brainstorm together and design and build their  Object of Success. One task for the groups could also be constructing a link connecting their object to the objects of the other groups… A DecoTiger is on hand to back up the proceedings.
  • Showtime & Reflection: The Objects of Success are presented by the participants and commented on by colleagues and management from a not too serious company perspective

3) Photo Factory (10-60  PAX – 90 min.)

Design:

  • Group brainstorming on flipchart
  • Storyboard planning of the photos to be shot
  • Finding props/costumes and shooting locations
  • Photo shooting
  • Selection of photos and download into a laptop presentation
  • Showtime & Reflection. Photo viewing with witty commentary by a speaker elected by the group. Colleagues and management comment on the presentations from a not too serious company perspective

4) Video Factor (10-60  PAX – 180 min.)

Film company

In cooperation Red Rabbit

Write and make short films on company-specific content with the help of 2 creative instructions:

  • Compress for success – the end product is 90 seconds maximum
  • Use a Storyboard and draw what you want to say in a series of scenes on a flipchart

Design:

  • Plenary introduction to what a film team comprises and the storyboard technique
  • Groupwork – brainstorm together and create a storyboard
  • Form a film team with its diverse roles to execute the project
  • Film on location or on a standardised set
